Turn off your cellphone. Beeping cellphones can be distracting and can interrupt the flow of a class. Make sure that you turn your cellphone off before the class for you and your fellow yogis to be able to fully focus on your practice.
Be on time. Arrive at the studio 10-15 minutes before class. It gives you the chance to get settled and to prepare yourself for the practice. If you are late for class, it is best to wait for the next one instead.
Minimize conversation. Yoga is a time to leave whatever your day was like out the door. When you arrive at the studio, try to keep talking to a minimum to mentally prepare for your class. It helps keep the studio serene and calm, as well.
Respect those around you. As much as yoga is about your own practice, it’s important to be considerate of the other people in class. Always remember to dress appropriately and keep your hygiene in check to be respectful towards the other yogis.
Leave your shoes outside. Leaving your shoes outside keeps the yoga studio clean and hygienic for those who will be practicing before or after you.
Inform your instructor about any physical conditions he/she might need to know about. Our teachers are trained to provide you with modifications for any condition you may have. It is important to let them know before class begins for them to be able to adjust to your needs and still make your yoga class challenging.
Stay for Savasana. Savasana is an important part of your yoga class. As much as possible, try not to leave in the middle of it! If you must, inform your instructor beforehand and take a short Savasana before you go. Try not to make a habit of this.
Studio Policies & Guidelines
Packages. All packages are for one (1) client use only. All packages are nontransferable. We will make every effort to remind you of your package expiration. Feel free to inquire about your package details with us anytime.
Upgrades. You may upgrade your package within 24 hours after your first class. Please notify the branch where you purchased your package about your upgrade request and settle the difference in rates within 24 hours. We do not allow downgrading of packages.
Refunds. It is not studio policy to issue refunds.
Freezing/Extension We entertain freezing requests for medical reasons. Please send your freezing request to the branch where you purchased your package, along with a medical certificate bearing the name, signature, and license number of the attending physician. An extension will be given upon your return to regular practice.
Slot Reservations and Cancellations for AntiGravity® Due to the limited number of hammocks, students are requested to reserve their slots in advance. To cancel a slot, please call the studio four (4) hours before the scheduled start of the class. Late cancellation of a reserved slot will be deducted from your class pass.
Holiday Schedule Studio schedules change during regular holidays. Please check the latest announcements at the studios, on the website, and on social media for holiday schedule arrangements.
Class Cancellations Classes are automatically cancelled if there are no students in class 30 minutes after its scheduled start.
Class cancellations due to special events Management also reserves the right to cancel regularly scheduled classes for private classes and special events. Studios will notify members of the cancellation ahead of time. Package holders will receive a class pass to compensate for cancelled regular classes. Members will be similarly compensated in case of any unplanned class cancellations (e.g. due to absence or tardiness of teacher).
