Yoga for Beginners* Yoga for Beginners is an informative workshop for those who are interested in learning about the foundations of a yoga practice. This includes an introduction to basic postures (asanas) and their modifications, as well as a brief background about the origin of the yoga. This workshop will give you the opportunity to ask questions and discuss answers in an open forum format to be able to equip you when you step on your mat. *Subject to availability.
Vinyasa 1 Vinyasa 1 caters to people looking for an entryway into a yoga practice. It is accessible to people of all shapes, sizes, fitness background, and also those with fears or apprehensions about yoga. This practice incorporates basic poses with detailed alignment cues and instructions that give us a foundation towards taking our asana practice further, as well as restorative poses to calm the mind and body. Vinyasa 2 Vinyasa 2 is a rhythmic free-flow class with poses differing with each class, allowing students to modify poses or push harder. Poses are linked with the breath to promote better breathing. Yin Yoga Yin Yoga is a practice that targets the connective tissues of the body such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. This practice is accessible to everyone and serves as a good compliment to more dynamic or more Yang forms of exercise. Poses are held for 3-5 minutes that allow you to settle and be in a meditative state of relaxation. (75 minutes)
Power Yoga Power Yoga is a challenging class that will push your practice towards its fullest potential through long-holding and advanced poses, as well as a greater number of vinyasas. Focusing on strength and flexibility, it is a vigorous class guaranteed to make your heart race. This style is suited towards those who prefer a more fitness-based approach to yoga. (75 minutes) Ashtanga 1 Ashtanga 1 is an introduction towards the traditional method of Sri K PattabhiJois’ Primary Series Ashtanga. This includes breath work, the basic standing postures, as well as meditation. Modifications are given throughout the class to make it more accessible to beginners. This class will prepare you towards the more advanced poses of Ashtanga. (90 minutes)
Ashtanga 2 Moving further along the Primary series, Ashtanga 2 introduces the 2nd half of the Primary series. This class includes inversions, core work, arm balances, and binds. This is also open to more advanced Ashtanga practitioners who are more suited towards a Mysore practice. (90 minutes)
Hot Primary Beyond's Hot Primary sequence is a body cleansing, muscle toning, fat burning, 360 degree stretching yoga system that is practiced in a heated environment that is conducive to transformation of the body and clarity of the mind. The sequence is comprised of 38 Poses and two breathing exercises that combine traditional hatha yoga techniques with dynamic energy and heat to warm the muscles for injury prevention, deeper stretching, and detoxification of the body through sweating.

Hot Yoga Hot Yoga is an increased fat-burning practice. Classes are conducted in a hot room, which helps sweat out toxins and allow for greater flexibility. This class allows the body to move into poses with greater ease while challenging students into pushing their practice into a higher level of difficulty.The benefits of a hot practice includes improved metabolism, improved blood circulation and digestion, weight management, and clarity of mind. Jivamukti Yoga Defined as “liberation while living, Jivamukti is an upbeat, strong vinyasa (free flow). In a Jivamukti class, poses are explained thoroughly to provide insight into the benefits of each pose, thus incorporates yogic philosophy into practice. Jivamukti brings a greater sense of spirituality into the session as chanting and meditation are incorporated into the class. (75 minutes)
Restorative Yoga Restorative Yoga is safe, very gentle and deeply healing as it helps your body to move from a state of fight or flight into a state of calm and peace. It brings about that wonderful balanced state where the body can heal itself. There is never any pain or strain in Restorative Yoga and people enjoy a deep sense of wellbeing through this practice.You will be guided into a complete restorative pose by using the props we have available for you like bolsters, straps and blocks.Restorative Yoga calms us down when we are hyped up, and can give us an energy boost when we are drained or tired. AntiGravity® Fundamentals: Open Level This is an introductory AntiGravity class most suitable for new students and “easy riders,” but open to all. The class includes zero-compression inversions, suspended stretching and FUN! The movement is broken down incrementally. Here you will discover the power, excitement, and pure joy of moving freely in all directions of open space. Prerequisite: None
AntiGravity® Suspension Fitness: Open Level Flip, and fly through space as you increase your cardio and muscular capacity to a bumpin’ playlist without even noticing that you are burning 600 calories per class! You will learn to connectyour breath to your movement and fire up your center with no impact, isometric cardio conditioning. Build strength, flexibility and mobility through reverse traction, suspended asanas, flying vinyasas, and levitating meditations. AntiGravity® Aerial Yoga: Open Level Gain strength in your yoga practice as you challenge yourself to stretch further and attempt more difficult positions.
